My bicycle shop of choice. If you are looking for a competent and friendly shop with a great selection of touring and city bikes this is the place to go. It's the classical family owned and operated business, where you can still have a friendly chat with the owner and are not just "one in a million" for some random Joe Shop Clerk without a clue. I stumbled across them when I was looking for a place to buy my trekking bike and at the same time a reliable support point for the time when I'll be on tour. I was sending tons of emails to every bike shop in my area and they were one of very few who answered promptly and with correct advice. I had already pretty much decided on a bike but didn't say so and just described my requirements. Well, I received an answer with a choice of several bikes (one of them my T900) and what was even more important to me, a list of sound pro and contra arguments for each. Someone was obviously paying attention to my needs instead of just trying to make a quick buck - I was sold ;-)
